English version of the report prepared by the Pro-Language Platform, describing 40 cases of citizens from the Catalan-speaking territories that have been victims of discrimination by the public administrations for using Catalan. The report shows how the language rights of citizens from the Catalan-speaking territories that are recognised in the legal ordinance are not guaranteed, and also that there are still citizens who run the risk of being discriminated against, harassed and even physically assaulted for using Catalan in the public domain.
