The Administration of Justice is one of the areas in which the use of Catalan is precarious and virtually non-existent. This report will be analysing why, after so many initiatives, different programmes, many strategies and resources dedicated to turning the situation around, we are still at a point that we call the "linguistic desert" of Catalan in this sector. What are the main reasons why Catalan is in such a critical and practically invisible situation?
